An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, full-service law firm with a strong reputation and top legacy clients.
The firm has a highly respected property department with significant expertise across Commercial Property, residential property and development transactions. The team acts for a broad client base, from first-time business owners acquiring their first office or shop, through to clients purchasing multi-million-pound commercial developments.
This role would suit a Solicitor with at least 3 – 6 yrs PQE who is confident handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters and is looking for a position offering autonomy, good-quality work and the support of an experienced team.
The role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters, including auction sales, drafting leases, subleases and underleases, licences, landlord and tenant work, title reports, disposals of leasehold and freehold property, acquisitions, unregistered land, telecommunication leases, deeds of surrender, deeds of variation, overage agreements, forfeiture provisions and advice relating to expired commercial leases.
The successful Solicitor will be able to work independently while still benefiting from the support of a collaborative and experienced property team.

Candidate requirements:
- The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 -6 years’ PQE and experience across a broad range of Commercial Property work.
- You should be confident managing your own caseload, dealing directly with clients and working with a good level of independence.
- Hybrid working arrangements will be available after probation period, 3 days in office/2 WFH.
