A Legal 500 highly recognised London law firm is looking to appoint an Associate (3–4+ PQE) to join its successful Property Disputes & Secured Debt Recoveries team in London.
Due to continued and substantial team growth, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join a department with strong momentum and clear progression pathways.

The role:
You will manage your own caseload with limited supervision and assist senior members of the team on more complex and high-value litigation matters. Matters include:
- Party wall disputes
- Developer claims
- Trespass matters
- Rights of light issues
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Possession proceedings
- Contested lease renewals
- Forfeiture and relief applications
- Debt recovery (Secured Recoveries) including work for lenders
You will work closely with colleagues across the department and the wider firm to deliver comprehensive advice and maintain strong client relationships.
Required:
- Qualified Solicitors with 3–4 + years’ PQE in Real Estate Disputes and Secured Recoveries, with experience handling property litigation and recovery matters, including work for lenders.
- Experienced drafting ability,
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining quality under pressure.
- Strong academics (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
