A well‑established multi‑office law firm in Buckinghamshire is seeking an Experienced Family Solicitor to set up and lead a brand‑new Family department within one of their growing offices.
The firm has operated successfully in the area for two years, with its property department booming to the point that they are now moving into a larger office. With strong local contacts, an excellent reputation and a steady flow of enquiries, they are now ready for an Experienced Family Solicitor to take ownership of developing the Family offering.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance for an Experienced Family Solicitor to build a caseload from scratch, shape the direction of the department and ultimately grow a team around you. You will be part of a wider Family team across the firm, but this role will initially be standalone, giving you autonomy, visibility and the ability to make your mark.
