They are looking for a Litigation Solicitor at the NQ-2 years PQE level to join their expanding dispute resolution and litigation team.
The role
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of property and commercial litigation including both residential and commercial landlord and tenant work, forfeiture, neighbour disputes, disputes relating to covenants and easements and contractual claims. You will take on a wide range of cases and act for a variety of clients including private individuals and small to medium businesses.
You will work closely with colleagues specialising in litigation and will receive direct referrals from other departments including Conveyancing, Probate and Family. As the team continues to grow you will be expected to support development of the litigation services through excellent client work, marketing and networking.
What they are looking for
- Qualified Solicitor NQ – 2 years PQE
- Experience and knowledge of property litigation and commercial litigation
- Ability to carry out own advocacy at the county court or tribunal (or willingness to develop advocacy skills)
- Willingness to get involved in business development
