We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join a well-established Watford-based law firm within the Children’s Law team. This role involves managing a varied caseload of private Children Law matters in a fast-paced and supportive environment, working closely with solicitors and supporting all aspects of case progression.
Key responsibilities include managing case files from start to finish, preparing court documents, attending client meetings, assisting with legal research, and supporting case strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling Children’s Private Law matters such as Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, and Specific Issue Orders. Strong end-to-end case management experience is essential, along with excellent organisation, attention to detail, and confidence using legal systems including CCMS.
