We are working with a respected and growing law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service and high-quality legal advice. The firm is now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established Residential Conveyancing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded solicitor looking to manage a varied caseload within a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will handle your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing practical and client-focused advice across a broad range of matters including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease transactions
- Acting for lenders and borrowers
- Managing files efficiently and compliantly
- Developing strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
You will work closely with colleagues across the department while contributing positively to the continued growth and success of the firm.
About You
We are looking to speak with qualified Solicitors in England & Wales who have:
- Around 3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
- Experience managing a busy and varied caseload independently
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, commercial, and team-oriented approach
- Working knowledge of VisualFiles and Microsoft Office
You will be confident, personable, and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
