Our client is a well-respected, full-service law firm known for its client-focused approach and expert legal solutions. They are expanding their Residential Property team and are seeking an additional Solicitor. They are open to considering a qualified Legal Executive or Conveyancer for this role.
The role
Their team has a deep understanding of the local property market. In addition to representing local clients, they handle transactions nationwide and assist clients from both the UK and overseas.
They are proud to hold accreditation from the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), a prestigious standard for residential conveyancing practices.
You will manage your own caseload across a broad spectrum of residential matters to include: buying and selling a property, new build purchases, high value property transactions, auctions, re-mortgaging, shared ownership and transfers of equity.
What they are looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer with circa 1-5 years PQE
- Proven experience in managing your own files
- A proactive attitude that puts the client’s interests first, and a mindset focused on finding solutions is a key requirement.
- Clear and confident communication with an ability to develop relationships with clients and influence people at all levels.
- Self-motivated, clear thinking and able to carry out case work accurately
- Practical, calm and common-sense approach to problem solving
