A highly specialised and forward-thinking firm is seeking an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor (7+ years PQE) or Legal Executive with equivalent expertise to join their growing Manchester-based team. Role:
- Managing a small caseload of serious injury and TBI claims
- Supporting clients and their families through life-changing circumstances
- Conducting home and hospital visits nationwide
- Collaborating with medical professionals and third-sector organisations
- Contributing to the firm’s mission of delivering exceptional care and outcomes
What they are looking for:
- 7+ years PQE in serious injury/multi-track claims
- Strong understanding of complex causation issues
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping those affected by brain injury
- Organised, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in clinical negligence or CICA claims
- Familiarity with ABI-related litigation
